With cellular connectivity available for our leading devices, including AirSense™ 11, AirSense 10, AirCurve™ 10, AirMini™±, Astral™ and Stellar™, you can stay more connected and informed on your patients’ therapy.*† 

± Users’ mobile data carrier or Wi-Fi connectivity is applicable for AirMini. 
* Cellular connectivity depends on network availability. Some AirSense 10 devices may not have built-in cellular connectivity functionality. This means the device has no cellular data transmission capability and no compatibility with myAir, ResMed’s online support program and app. 
† ResMed Connectivity Module (RCM) is required to enable remote patient monitoring for Astral and Stellar devices. 

Troubleshoot with AirView’s Remote Assist feature

AirView’s Remote Assist feature lets you remotely troubleshoot device issues and promptly address user concerns – helping to reduce unnecessary patient visits and lengthy phone calls to resolve issues. With less time spent on troubleshooting, you’ll have more time to focus on patients who need greater support.

The Remote Assist feature is only available with AirSense 11, AirSense 10, AirCurve 10 and Lumis devices with cellular technology. Cellular connectivity depends on network availability.

Other AirView features

  • Reporting made easy. One-click compliance reports mean more time for patient care and less time spent on administration.
  • Access detailed data at your convenience. Online data reports provide up to 365 days of therapy data and up to 90 days of detailed data, so you can take a comprehensive look into your patient’s therapy and therapy progress whenever you need to.
  • A secure system. AirView is built to be secure and compliant with global privacy legislations. In Australia, AirView is compliant with the Australian Privacy Act 1988, including the 2014 Australian Privacy Principles. Hosted in a secure data centre located in Japan (provided by a third-party service provider), further security is provided by password protection, role-based access, and data encryption.
  • Change device settings remotely. Some device settings, such as pressure relief, ramp and humidification are remotely accessible to you. You can help your patients adjust their settings and feel more comfortable whilst they’re at home which may reduce lengthy phone calls, unnecessary device returns and unscheduled visits.
  • Support for new patients. Care Check-In gives AirSense 11 users the option to answer a series of questions on their device or myAir™ app during their first 28 days of therapy. If they opt-in, their responses will be visible to care providers in AirView, which can provide subjective information to help guide and tailor follow-up conversations and an opportunity to address issues earlier.
