We’re doing everything we can to keep customers and team members safe in-store with enhanced COVID-19 protocols in place.
This includes restricting the number of people who can be in-store at any one time and providing hand sanitiser to customers before entering the store. All team members are wearing personal protective equipment. We have a cleaning roster and stores are following enhanced cleaning protocols including disinfecting test rooms and equipment after each patient, cleaning the retail area throughout the day, including frames and hearing aids, and we have hygiene screens in place both at our reception desk and our dispensing desks. We have decommissioned dispensing desks and waiting rooms seats to enable physical distancing.
