The 3G network in Australia will be switched off from the 28th of October 2024. If you purchased an AirSense™ 10 or AirCurve™ 10 3G device from October 2021 onwards*, your therapy data will no longer be wirelessly synced to ResMed myAir™ if you are using this application.
However, if your device has an SD card inserted, your data will continue to be stored on the SD card. Your care provider can access the data via the SD card if you require a report.
Please note, the unavailability of the 3G network does not impact your device’s ability to deliver therapy.
